Class Offerings:

A) Matwork Pilates
These sessions utilize body weight, small Pilates equipment and light weights to build strength, enhance stability and improve flexibility.

B) Senior Pilates (65+)
There are tailored sessions for older adults, that focus on gentle movements using body weight, small Pilates equipment and weights. For those unable to practice on the mat, we offer Chair Pilates and work with our clients to provide accessible and effective exercise options. We also offer Individual home sessions to make Pilates accessible and convenient to everyone’s personal requirements.
